Full Session Fees
£55 for each 50 minute session. Please note that a 10% reduction of the full session fee is available for students, members of the blue light services, NHS, social care staff, military personnel and teachers (or those retired from these professions) who are able to provide evidence of their employment (or previous employment). 
Initial telephone call
A free, 10 - 15 minute telephone call enables you to outline your difficulties and check whether Integrative counselling or psychotherapy is for you. If we are both happy to proceed, we can make an appointment for an assessment session via Zoom. 
Assessment Session Fees
50 minutes - £50. The purpose of the assessment session is for me to develop a clearer picture of the difficulties that you are experiencing and to explore whether we feel comfortable working together to address them. There is no obligation for either party at this stage. However if I feel that I am not the right therapist for you, I will provide you with information to help you to find a suitable therapist. If we agree to work together then I will send a contract to you by email, which must be signed and returned before we begin work. I will also explain the provisions that I make for data security and confidentiality.
 
Payment is accepted by BACS or by bank card if working face-to-face. All fees must be paid in full, prior to or at the start of each session.
